Vladislav “Vlad” Lomko (born December 27, 2004, in Nizhny Tagil, Russia) is a Russian-born racing driver currently competing under a French license. He has rapidly progressed through various motorsport categories, showcasing versatility and skill across different racing disciplines.

Lomko began karting at the age of four in Russia, finishing third in the national championship in 2016. He later moved to France at 14 to participate in European series, winning the Benelux championship. In 2019, he debuted in single-seater racing, participating in select rounds of the French F4 Championship. The following year, he joined US Racing for the 2020 ADAC Formula 4 season, securing two wins and finishing eighth overall. In 2021, he competed in both the ADAC and Italian F4 Championships, achieving multiple podiums and a victory at the Sachsenring, concluding the season sixth in the German series.

In 2022, Lomko advanced to the Euroformula Open Championship with CryptoTower Racing. He claimed his first victory at the prestigious Grand Prix de Pau and secured additional wins at circuits like Imola and Monza. His consistent performance earned him the vice-champion title, with six wins and multiple podiums.
Lomko transitioned to endurance racing in 2023, competing in the Asian Le Mans Series’ LMP3 class with CD Sport, achieving a fastest lap at Dubai. He then stepped up to the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) LMP2 category with Cool Racing, partnering with José María López and Reshad de Gerus, securing a podium at Spa and finishing sixth in the team standings.

In 2024, Lomko joined Inter Europol Competition in ELMS, alongside Tom Dillmann and Sebastián Álvarez. The trio achieved a victory at Le Castellet, marking Lomko’s first in sportscar racing and the team’s maiden ELMS win. That same year, Lomko competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Inter Europol Competition, driving the #34 Oreca 07 alongside Jakub Śmiechowski and Clément Novalak. The team delivered a remarkable performance, finishing second in the LMP2 class, just 18 seconds behind the winners from United Autosports.
